Yoke Tricep // Patrick
We have covered before the JM Press and a dumbbell or bar rollback to build your triceps effectively, today we want to cover the extension using the new yoke bar. Detach the handle from the yoke bar to start with. Similar to the JM press, your first motion will be to drive your elbows tightly toward your feet, allow the pads to meet your chest then roll the bar back to end at your throat, roll back up then press up and lockout to finish the movement. Try this and let us know how you like it!
