Dream List // Tough Times

Happy Friday!  Welcome to the Iron Made Gym Newsletter.  Our goal with this production is to share information with our unique community that will help you reach your goals.

We want to start the conversation with our Iron Made Community of what you see as the future of Iron Made Gym.  In a bigger facility what added equipment do you feel would be beneficial?  Are there any extra services or features you would like to be added?  As we continue to plan for our future, we want to make sure we are tailoring to what you need to succeed!  We look forward to reading your comments and hearing from you.
“Recognizing that tough love is both the hardest and the most important type of love to give (because it is so rarely welcomed).  The greatest gift you can give someone is the power to be successful.  Giving people the opportunity to struggle rather than giving them the things they are struggling for will make them stronger.” – from Principles by Ray Dalio

This week I was reminded that not only does tough love help lead to the path of success, but tough times also refine us.  The times when you feel overwhelmed and stressed are often the biggest opportunities for growth.  The question is how will you react, because that is the only thing you can control.  Choose to dig in, do the hard work, FOCUS, and when you come out on the other side you can take pride in giving 100% no matter what the outcome.  As Martin Luther King Jr. said, “The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.”  When posed with the option of folding or growth through trial, choose growth.
