Landmine // Plate Shoulders // Tbar

Happy Saturday!  Welcome to the Iron Made Gym Newsletter.  Our goal with this production is to share information with our unique community that will help you reach your goals.

This week we implemented a couple variations I want to share with you.  Using the landmine for squats is a great way to add variety to your lower body day.  Noah performed these to a parallel height using our new adjustable squat bench. Another small change to this could be performing a box squat instead of squatting to the box.

As a supplemental exercise to your shoulder day try using a plate to perform upright row, front press, and overhead press.  This is a great triple set that burns everything. Jared did a great job performing this circuit.

We upgraded our Tbar row machine as well!  This has three grip options with two of them in a front position allowing a wider range of motion.  Peyton did a burn out set of 5 reps each grip continuously.

Try these variations and new equipment and let us know how you like them!  Have a great weekend.

“All things are lawful for me,” but not all things are helpful. “All things are lawful for me,” but I will not be dominated by anything.”  1 Corinthians 6:12

“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.”  1 Corinthians 6:19-20

Until next time Iron Made Community.
